Tasks

• Planning, organizing, and participating in client events, including speaking engagements, as well as maintaining active communication with all relevant stakeholders
• Coaching female employees on their performance and helping them further develop their expertise in customer and financial products
• Analytically, within our Central Switzerland region, regarding our customers and our stores
