Wealth Planning Group Business Developer

Job description

Business Developer for the Wealth Planning Group in Zurich, Switzerland.

Tasks

- Support the Global Head of Wealth Planning in achieving Wealth Planning’s growth targets for assets under management, net new assets (NNA), and revenue, while driving the implementation and tracking of key strategic initiatives. - Enhance daily collaboration with Client Relationship Officers and serve as a central center of expertise. - Coordinate Wealth Planning’s priority initiatives, including improving core offerings and developing new solutions. - Enhance structured reporting frameworks to monitor implementation progress, measure impact, and support governance and reporting for the Global Head of Wealth Planning. - Assist in developing targeted Wealth Planning content and client engagement tools to improve market positioning. - Support the Global Head of Wealth Planning on ad hoc projects and cost management processes.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field;
• At least 5 years of experience and a proven track record in business management, project management, and/or strategy consulting.
• A methodical thinker with proven analytical skills;
• Strong organizational skills, a structured approach, and strict adherence to legal, regulatory, and compliance requirements.
• Practical experience in creating client-oriented proposals and presentations using Microsoft applications.
• Languages: Excellent English skills are required; knowledge of German, French, or Italian is a plus.
