Web Strategy Specialist

The Web Strategy Specialist is responsible for the strategic implementation, optimization, and governance of BlackRock’s regional websites in Latin America and Canada. The role involves planning and executing web strategies, measuring and continuously optimizing the web experience, and ensuring compliance with global standards and guidelines.

Role and impact

The Web Strategy Specialist – Latin America & Canada is responsible for the strategic activation, optimization, and governance of BlackRock’s eight regional websites in Latin America and the Americas. This role encompasses the entire web experience—from planning and execution to measurement and continuous optimization—and ensures that the websites are compliant, high-performing, secure, and aligned with business priorities and the PPF.

Responsibilities

* Independently execute the regional web strategy for Latin America and Canada, translating business and marketing priorities into scalable web initiatives. * Leading website activities, including campaign launches, content rollouts, page improvements, and continuous experience optimization. * Regional responsibility for web governance, ensuring compliance with global standards, guidelines, and best practices. * Driving personalization and audience initiatives using user data, user behavior, and segmentation. * Design and execution of A/B and multivariate tests to improve user journeys, content effectiveness, and conversion performance. * Independent web analytics and performance measurement, translating insights into actionable optimization recommendations.

Core competencies

* Strong expertise in web strategy and digital marketing within multi-market and governance-driven environments. * Hands-on experience with web analytics, optimization, experimentation, and performance measurement. * Ability to translate data and insights into clear recommendations and business outcomes. * Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across regional and global teams. * Process-oriented mindset with a focus on scalability, efficiency, and time-to-market.

Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree required. * 2+ years of experience in digital or related roles. * Experience working with complex, multi-regional digital ecosystems. * Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives across stakeholders and timelines. * Fluency in English required; additional language skills are a plus.
