Tasks

• You address their wishes, needs, and interests; you keep existing clients informed and reach out to prospective clients, providing them with comprehensive advice and bringing them back.
• You will handle inquiries from various channels, such as email, online chat, and info boxes.
• You will assist with customer service for existing and new customers.
• You'll support the teams' investment advisory services on specialized advisory engagements, both internally and externally. Together, we'll guide you along the right path.
• You understand your clients' investment planning needs for focused advisory engagements, whether internal or external. Together, we'll set you on the right path.
