Tasks

• You handle all requests from our B2B customers and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
• Taking over administrative tasks such as trade entry, setting up systems for new B2B customers, ensuring that basic documents are up to date, etc.

Requirements

• Very good knowledge of Italian at native speaker level as well as good knowledge of German and English (any other language is an advantage)
• Knowledge of the institutional investment business in a comparable environment is an advantage
• Experience in dealing with professional clients and their demanding and time-critical concerns regarding funds desired
• Knowledge of investment funds (CH and LUX, other domiciles an advantage)
• Strong motivation to learn new things and develop further in a dynamic environment
• Team player with an independent and goal-oriented way of working and an eye for detail
• Further education (or training) in business administration or finance (university, FH, HF)
