Business IT Specialist in the Avaloq environment (80% -100%)

Your contribution

• Maintenance, operation and further development of the Avaloq Banking System and the e-banking system;
• Planning, scheduling, coordination and monitoring of the software development and deployment process (release management);
• Project management of IT projects and project collaboration in IT projects involving specialist departments;
• Support and advice for operational banking departments of the SNB in all areas of cash and master data management;
• Collaboration within the overarching IT processes;
• 2nd level support with picket service for the Avaloq core banking system and e-banking systems.

Your knowledge and experience

• University degree (Bachelor) or comparable training (majoring in information technology);
• Extensive programming experience (e.g. Angular);
• Experience with Linux operating systems and shell scripting;
• Experience with cloud and container technologies, as well as CI/CD DevOps tools;
• Knowledge of networking (protocols, certificates, firewalls), Oracle SQL and PL/SQL;
• Experience with Avaloq Core Platform (ACP) and Avaloq Front Platform (AFP) an advantage;
• Ability to familiarize yourself with a complex, modern and diverse technical environment with different platforms and products;
• Experience in working on IT projects;
• excellent analytical and conceptual skills as well as a very high sense of responsibility;
• stylistic oral and written communication in German or French as well as in English.
