Your contribution

• Specialist responsibility for individual services and applications provided by the "Unified Communications" team
• Project management of smaller medium-term IT projects for the maintenance of existing systems or the introduction of new solutions
• Collaboration in the further development, maintenance and operation of the messaging and unified communications platforms including the corresponding cloud-based SaaS solutions as well as the productivity tools, which are primarily based on Microsoft technologies
• Project work in various IT projects
• 2nd level support with on-call service

Your knowledge and experience

• You have a degree in IT and have completed further training in business informatics with a federal certificate or similar.
• Experience in the planning, design, integration and management of moderately complex solutions as a system engineer is an advantage
• Experience as a project manager of smaller IT projects is an advantage
• You have analytical and conceptual skills, an independent and structured way of working, show initiative and a sense of responsibility
• You can communicate fluently in German, both orally and in writing, and have a good command of English
