Your contribution

• Administration and operational support of the instant payment gateway system with the associated IT security components, focusing on Swiss payment transactions;
• Administrative activities for the SWIFT Customer Security Program and SIX End-to-End Security Work in the specialist department and IT;
• They also help to support the operational on-call service for national and international payment and securities transactions, as well as the operational and warranty regulations with the messaging system.
• Collaboration and management of projects, as well as on-call duties in day-to-day business. This includes business analysis, requirements engineering, and implementation of new requirements in close cooperation with the specialist departments.
• Support and editing of specialist applications in day-to-day business.

Your knowledge and experience

• University degree (ETH/Uni/FH) in computer science or business informatics;
• Several years of experience in application support in the banking environment;
• Preferably experience in national or international payment or securities transactions;
• Strong analytical skills and quick comprehension;
• Independent and meticulous approach to work, team player and conscientious;
• Preferably knowledge of Linux, Windows, networks, and databases;
• Fluent spoken and written German and/or French, English an advantage.
