WM Client Account Manager

UBS is seeking a WM Client Account Manager to support client advisors in delivering exceptional service and to oversee day-to-day operations in the Wealth Management division. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality service and serving as the primary point of contact for clients regarding daily banking transactions and administrative tasks.

Your role

Are you curious, proactive, and always striving to make a positive impact on clients? We're looking for a WM Client Account Manager who:
  • Supports client advisors in delivering exceptional client services and experiences
  • Assists client advisors with administrative, risk, legal, and compliance-related tasks and responsibilities
  • manages day-to-day business operations in the WM HNW/UHNW Client Service division and provides high-quality services
  • is the point of contact for processing client orders, such as stock orders, foreign exchange, loans, and deposits
  • is the primary point of contact for our clients' day-to-day banking transactions and administrative tasks
  • Manages daily client transactions and handles inquiries and issues
  • Performs account maintenance tasks and client-related processes, such as opening and closing accounts, suitability assessments, initial and recurring KYC and due diligence
  • Supports client advisors during their business trips and helps them prepare for client meetings

Your expertise

  • Experience in the financial services industry, ideally

  • Fluent in English and Mandarin
