WM Client Account Manager

Your role

Are you curious, proactive, and always striving to make a positive impact on clients? We're looking for a WM Client Account Manager who:

• Supports client advisors in delivering exceptional client services and experiences
• Assists client advisors with administrative, risk management, legal, and compliance-related tasks and responsibilities
• manages day-to-day business operations in the WM HNW/UHNW Client Service and provides high-quality services
• is the point of contact for processing client orders, such as stock orders, foreign exchange, loans, and deposits
• is the primary point of contact for our clients' day-to-day banking transactions and administrative tasks
• Manages daily client transactions and handles inquiries and troubleshooting
• Performs account maintenance tasks and client-related processes, such as opening and closing accounts, suitability assessments, initial and recurring KYC and due diligence
• Assists client advisors with business travel and helps prepare for client meetings
