WM Client Account Manager
Here is a brief summary of the job: The position of Client Account Manager in Global Wealth Management at UBS in Zurich involves supporting client advisors in their day-to-day business, processing client orders and inquiries as well as administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have completed a banking apprenticeship, experience in service-oriented client advisory and good PC application skills.
The role
To strengthen our dynamic FIM Zurich IV Desk in Global FIM (Financial Intermediary, external asset managers) we are looking for a new colleague as Global FIM German-speaking Switzerland - WM Client Account Manager.- You support the customer advisors in their day-to-day business in administrative and front-office matters.
- You have telephone and physical customer contact and process specific customer orders and inquiries; such as payment orders, stock exchange transactions, fiduciary and fixed-term deposits, foreign exchange transactions, etc.
- You create opening documents, process openings and balances, monitor due dates/pending items. You make changes and carry out various administrative tasks.
What we wish for
- Completed OSBCs banking apprenticeship or a federally certified banking specialist
- Product knowledge incl. investment and
- Experience in service-oriented customer advice
- Good PC application skills, ideally MS Office

- Independent and responsible
- able to work under pressure
- fluent in German and have good language skills
- flexible, communicative and have a good demeanor
