About us

We are looking for a self-motivated, energetic Consultant to join our Global Human Resources (GHR) Workforce Planning & Insights (WPII) team.

Tasks

• Advice for HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to support managers with strategic goals
• Advising managers, financial experts and GHR executives on the preparation of a sound workforce budget
• Strategic alignment for key workforce trends, metrics and ad hoc analysis
• Provide analytics and data visualizations to help managers better understand their workforce
• Ad hoc analyses to inform managers about urgent workforce-related matters
• Consulting, development of research/project plans, analyses, data interpretation and presentation

Requirements

• Consulting experience and skills
• Experience in various GHR and/or financial COEs
• Strong business know-how with excellent problem-solving skills and superior analytical skills; experience with business intelligence tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to convey analytical results to a non-technical audience
• Ability to deal with ambiguity; thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment; can adjust plans based on changes in priorities and client objectives

Salary

$110,000 - $177,500 per year
