Workforce Optimization Lead

Tasks

The role involves developing and implementing strategies to optimize the supply chain, minimize supplier fragmentation, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance. In addition, the role may also contribute to other projects within the team to optimize technology investments. The selected candidate will be responsible for conducting quarterly reviews with key suppliers, managing contract termination procedures, and ensuring comprehensive reporting and governance for all external work activities.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, technology management, or a related field required - Master's degree desirable - Strong knowledge of technology suppliers and external labor markets - Familiarity with financial analysis and risk mitigation related to supply chain efficiency and workforce planning - Exceptional presentation, verbal, and written communication skills - Demonstrable ability to manage complex programs and deliver results on time
