Workplace Safety & Physical Security Officer (Zurich, 100%) (f/m/d)

Duties and Primary Responsibilities

• Developing and Implementing Policy Processes and Work Instructions
• Identification, Tracking, and Correction of Defects for Improvement / Qualification
• Coordination and support for appropriate risk reduction and prevention measures
• Responsibility for NorthEva: Evaluation and alerting processes, as well as their regular review and further development
• Planning and conducting training sessions, awareness campaigns, and emergency drills
• Consulting services for management and employees on all matters related to occupational safety and physical security
• Coordination of external partners and collaboration with government agencies, landlords, and specialized agencies
• Supporting the Physical Security Organization on issues such as building security and operational safety

Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of Swiss requirements regarding occupational safety and health protection
• Recognized training as an ASGS specialist or comparable qualification
• Practical experience in the field of security, particularly building security, event security, security systems, and emergency management
• Experience in conducting risk analyses, audits, and training sessions
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• An independent, pragmatic, and solution-oriented approach to work
• Very good German and good English skills

An advantage

• Experience in the banking or financial services sector
• Training or continuing education in the field of physical security and fire protection
• FRA Red Level 3 or equivalent qualification
