Young Talents Specialist (m/f/d)
The Young Talents Specialist is responsible for the technical and strategic management of the Young Talents unit, coordinates the recruitment and support of trainees and ensures a stringent training program. The position is limited from 01.10.2025 to 15.07.2026.
Job description
Your challenge
- Technical and strategic management of the Young Talents unit (in German: Informatik und IT Lehre, BEM-Praktikant/in) incl. planning of a needs-based number of training places
- Overall coordination and active recruitment for the Young Talents, practice applicants, parents, disability and integration associations, etc.
- Networking of VP Bank in the area of young talents at the Liechtenstein Bankers Association (Young Talent Working Group)
- Accompanying and supporting young talents throughout their training (from onboarding to the end of their training/company support program including personal development and weekly feedback and performance meetings, preparation of training reports, etc.).
- Ensuring a stringent training program (coordination of practical phases) to implement the inter-company defined training objectives
- Regular employer branding (topics such as: Issues and measures, social networking, social media presence, etc.)
- Planning and implementation of various events and workshops (taster internships, future day, apprentice day, etc.)
Your profile
- Commercial / business management training incl. recognized vocational diploma in the commercial sector
- Sound industry knowledge and understanding of the Swiss and Liechtenstein banking system
- Enjoy working with young people
- Commitment and flexible personality with a positive hands-on mentality paired with the ability to work strategically and conceptually
- Strong communication, presentation and moderation skills as well as confidence in dealing with different stakeholder groups
- Social and mediation skills (feedback, performance, conflict and mediation discussions)
- High awareness of change, independence and the ability to make decisions quickly and pragmatically
- Stylish German and English language skills
