What to expect at boot camp

The AI-Powered Career Bootcamp is aimed at people who don't want to leave their career to chance, but want to advance it in a targeted manner with applied AI, startup thinking, and contemporary methods. Over 16 intensive course days, participants work in a practical, interactive, and consistently implementation-oriented manner.

At the heart of the program is a realistic AI business simulation powered by ATLASS, in which entrepreneurial decisions, product development, and market mechanisms can be experienced using AI-supported tools.

The sessions are led by experienced experts from the startup, tech, and innovation sectors in German and English. Full commitment is expected: time, focus, and the willingness to actively implement what you learn.

In terms of content, the modules are adapted weekly to current trends and the needs of the group. Key topics include:

  • AI-supported decision-making and workflow design
  • Design Thinking, Lean Startup, and SCRUM with AI Use Cases
  • CX and UX testing with AI simulations
  • Rapid prototyping for digital productivity
  • Expanding your career and impact through personal branding, pitching, and storytelling

The program concludes with an xMBA exam and certificate from the Graduate School of Applied Technology & Management in Zurich (SAQ, ISO 17024).
