What to expect at boot camp
The AI-Powered Career Bootcamp is aimed at people who don't want to leave their career to chance, but want to advance it in a targeted manner with applied AI, startup thinking, and contemporary methods. Over 16 intensive course days, participants work in a practical, interactive, and consistently implementation-oriented manner.
At the heart of the program is a realistic AI business simulation powered by ATLASS, in which entrepreneurial decisions, product development, and market mechanisms can be experienced using AI-supported tools. This is complemented by proven frameworks and ways of thinking from the world of startups, innovation, and technology, developed by entrepreneurs who know the market from their own experience.
The sessions are led by experienced experts from the worlds of start-ups, tech, and innovation in German and English. The boot camp also serves as a four-week business English refresher course. Full commitment is expected: time, focus, and the willingness to actively implement what you learn. That is precisely where the real added value lies.
In terms of content, the modules are adapted weekly to current trends and the needs of the group in order to ensure maximum practical benefit. The central topics include:
- AI-supported decision-making and workflow design
- Design Thinking, Lean Startup, and SCRUM with AI Use Cases
- CX and UX testing with AI simulations
- Rapid prototyping for digital productivity
- Use of modern tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Notion AI, Miro AI, Gamma, Perplexity, Synthesia, Canva AI, etc.
- Expanding your career and impact through personal branding, pitching, and storytelling
- Developing a resilient startup and innovation mindset: self-management, decision-making skills, problem solving under uncertainty
The goal is to sharpen your own USP with applied tech & AI, actively shape new roles, and measurably increase your own strategic impact within the company or on the job market.
The program concludes with an xMBA exam and certificate from the Graduate School of Applied Technology & Management in Zurich (SAQ, ISO 17024).
