Banking Operations Future-Fit 2026

What you can expect on the course

The "Banking Operations Future-Fit" course will prepare you in four months for the future in the back office of your bank or insurance company. You will work in small learning groups on real practical cases from your environment, solve challenging tasks and specifically train the skills that are becoming increasingly important in the industry. With coaching, consistent practical transfer and a clear view of your skills profile, you should be able to use what you have learned immediately in your day-to-day work, giving you a real advantage.

The course comprises three modules:

Module 1: Project management
You will receive a compact but thorough introduction. You will learn how project managers think, practise in a team and work on your first practical case.

Module 2: Exception Handling
You take off your project management glasses again and work on a new practical case from the perspective of banking operations experts.

Module 3: Identifying optimization potential
You combine what you have learned from modules 1 and 2, focusing on the meaningful optimization of digital processes.

For each module, you will receive intensive coaching in small groups as well as helpful online tools and short training sessions. There are also mind-setting keynotes. Managers and experts show how banking operations are changing and how to deal with this in a meaningful way.
