In the commercial sector, there are often many applicants competing for a single position. This makes it all the more important to make a positive impression with a convincing and professional application. This one-day seminar shows you what really matters - practical, up-to-date and with direct reference to your own documents.

You will learn how recruiters read applications today, which criteria are particularly important and how you can impress at first glance. Together we will examine the impact of the cover page, photo and layout, analyze successful and less successful CVs and formulate application letters that stand out from the crowd - creative, credible and to the point.

You will also gain insights into current recruitment trends and useful digital tools to support you in the application process. Bring your own documents with you: You will benefit directly from the input and can revise your application on the spot.
