Dr. Thomas Fischer is a lecturer and project manager at the Institute of Financial Services Zug IFZ at Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts - with over 20 years of experience in IT sourcing, including at Berner Kantonalbank and PostFinance. At the IFZ, he teaches and conducts research on the topics of sourcing, banking IT and banking operations.
