There is another way - changing habits in everyday working life

What you will learn in the seminar

  • Examining the impact of habits in everyday working life
  • Recognizing unconscious routines and their influence on self-management and performance
  • Reflection on own behavioral patterns and their development
  • Development of a personal change plan using behavioral psychology strategies
  • Planning the integration of new routines into the individual working day

What you can expect in the seminar

Whether it's daily check-ins, reaching for our smartphones or leaving teams open all the time - many of our professional actions happen automatically without us consciously controlling them. Around 40% of our daily actions are habit-driven. This saves energy - but can also lead to us unconsciously remaining in unhelpful work patterns.

How can we break obstructive habits - and replace them with new, helpful routines?

In this course, you will learn how habits develop, how they become ingrained - and which psychological strategies you can use to develop new behavioral patterns. You will work on your own routines in a practical way and learn tools that you can use directly in your day-to-day work.

This course is for you

  • if you recognize recurring patterns that hinder your way of working (e.g. multitasking, constant availability, ineffective break behavior)
  • if you want to understand how habits work in everyday working life - and how you can reshape them
  • if you are looking for tools and methods to bring more focus, relaxation and self-management into your routines
  • if you want to implement change not through willpower, but with a system
