About the event
Whether it's "Quiet Quitting" or "Generation Z's search for meaning" - the topic of meaningfulness is a moving one. It is undisputed that meaningful activities have a positive effect on people's health, whether at work, in their leisure time or in voluntary activities. A sense of purpose is characterized by factors such as development opportunities, self-efficacy and a sense of belonging. Activities can be actively and purposefully designed - or "crafted" - in such a way that they contribute more to the experience of meaning.
Personal needs, operational conditions and social norms must be taken into account. Applied psychology offers models that support individuals, teams and entire companies in shaping activities in a meaningful way. These models help people to reflect on their own actions and find ways to make positive changes to themselves, their lives and their work.
Be there when experts from research and practice discuss meaningful experiences in the (working) world at the 14th Business Psychology Forum. You can look forward to stimulating and practice-relevant impulses.
