What you can expect in the webinar

In this webinar, we provide insight into the results of the latest wave of the "Healthy@Work" survey, the health survey conducted by social partners in the banking industry. We look at risk factors for exhaustion and highlight areas where measures can be taken to effectively improve the health of employees.
In the Healthy@Work survey, Swiss banking employees have the opportunity to provide feedback to the social partnership on working conditions and health in the Swiss financial center every year. Each participant also receives an individual evaluation of their own work situation.
