Drawing on the latest findings in psychology and brain research, *Embodied Communication* explains why communication is not simply a fixed message that needs to be decoded. Nor does communication flow in just one direction. It is an open system in which people influence one another and, in the best-case scenario, a sense of agreement emerges.
In this workshop, you’ll learn about the theory of embodied communication and put specific methods into practice right away. You’ll try them out in a group setting so you can immediately apply your new insights in your daily life.
