What you can expect in the workshop

In this interactive workshop, we use the LEGO® Serious Play® method to make team values visible and strengthen cooperation in the long term. Using LEGO® bricks, the participants think and speak "with their hands" - this promotes creative thinking, mutual understanding and an open exchange at eye level.

The teams work together to develop their most important values and reflect on how these can be practiced in everyday life. At the same time, stumbling blocks in collaboration are identified and concrete ideas are developed on how collaboration can be improved.

Our approach: LEGO® Serious Play® is based on findings from psychology, communication and systems theory. The method activates knowledge and creativity that often remains unused. Everyone builds, everyone talks - this creates solutions that the whole team supports.
