What you can expect in the workshop
Prepare, actively communicate, lead.
Crises are not an exception, they are a reality. The decisive factor is how you prepare for, resolve and communicate them. You will learn how to present yourself convincingly in exceptional situations and how to manage communication with foresight. Internally and externally, in traditional media and social media, verbally and in writing.
You understand the course of a crisis. You sharpen your role in communicative leadership with tailor-made scenarios. Your goal is to act rather than react in a crisis. With a clear stance, strong messages and a calm presence.

Crisis simulation: Together with selected network partners from crisis management, we carry out realistic scenarios and train the crisis team in real time.
