PowerSkills are the success driver for managers and their teams.
In this seminar, you will learn which PowerSkills you need for your work, but also for your employees or your team for the future. How these can be clearly defined and developed in a targeted manner. You will learn from examples of best practice and work in a workshop to develop the PowerSkills that are relevant to your day-to-day management and critical for success in the future.
You will also gain a comprehensive insight into current trends and how to integrate new learning formats in order to recognize strengths and development potential in yourself, individuals and teams. You will receive concrete tools for personal practice transfer and how you can ultimately make a significant contribution to the foundation of better employee and team performance.
