Our program is specifically designed for students nearing graduation and young professionals. It provides you with practical tools, builds your confidence, and opens up valuable opportunities so that you can successfully position yourself in a highly competitive job market.

Throughout the program, you’ll learn how to craft a compelling elevator pitch and create a professional resume. You’ll also gain in-depth insight into the financial industry. You’ll discover which skills, mindsets, and adaptability are in demand in an environment increasingly shaped by artificial intelligence, and how technological advancements are transforming the industry.

The program not only provides you with knowledge, but also opens up concrete career opportunities. You’ll meet executives and hiring managers from the industry, have the chance to talk with them directly, and learn firsthand what it takes to make a successful job application.

Group sizes are intentionally kept small, with each group limited to about 20 participants. This ensures a focused and high-quality learning experience. All participants are also guaranteed an on-site speed interview with a leading company in the finance or fintech industry. Successful interviews can lead to an internship or further formal application rounds. This makes the program more than just professional development: it is a concrete career opportunity.
