Panel discussion: "More relaxation for employees in the financial sector!"

Negotiations on amendments to the agreement on the employment conditions of bank employees (VAB) and the agreement on working time recording (VAZ) are scheduled for the next six months. For the SBPV, the focus is on demanding more rest time for employees in the financial sector.

In the fall, the National Council decided to reduce employee protection. In future, employees who work from home will be able to work up to nine Sundays per year without authorization and without additional pay. In view of the increasing pressure to perform, the SBPV is campaigning to maintain Sunday rest and is appealing to the Council of States to retain the existing protective provisions.

During the panel discussion, we will discuss developments in the world of work in financial institutions.
