What you can expect in the webinar

Change can trigger all kinds of emotions, thoughts, and physical signals that we perceive in ourselves and others. Change requires us to be flexible, for example, on a mental level, in our behavior, and in our communication. Our so-called inner drivers, such as "make everyone happy!" or "be perfect!", get us moving; sometimes they also stand in our way. We want to use them constructively to deal well with changes that take us out of our comfort zone. Resilience, derived from the Latin word for "bounce back," is one of several self- and future-oriented skills covered in the seminar.

The seminar focuses on the following areas:

  • Identifydriversand use them positively
  • Get out of your comfort zone
  • Constructive approach to change
  • Vienna Resilience Model
