Self-Management CAS HSG: Strengthen your skills in self-management, communication and appearance
You will expand your personal and methodological skills, reflect on your personality and strengthen your communication skills so that you can act authentically, convincingly and effectively in different contexts.
What you can expect on the course (CAS)
You will develop your self-competence and methodological skills in a holistic way - from self-reflection and communication to presentation and negotiation. In this CAS, you will strengthen your impact, self-confidence and assertiveness in order to achieve your professional and personal goals with ease.
The CAS program consists of four compulsory modules and two elective modules, which you choose according to your interests. This allows you to focus specifically on topics that will help you the most in your current role.
Compulsory modules:
- Conversation and negotiation techniques
- Rhetoric and presentation skills
- Creativity tools and storytelling
- The art of self-realization
Elective modules:
- Self-management and resilience
- Change Communication
Duration: approx. 9 months (15 attendance days, 1.5 days online, 3-5 h self-study per module)

Crediting: 10 ECTS points
Degree: CAS certificate from the University of St. Gallen
