What you can expect in the webinar

The webinar will begin by highlighting the health risks that can arise when people are under
pressure to organize themselves: For example, forgoing leisure activities or working despite illness.
New findings will then be presented on how this risk can be reduced and self-care promoted.
. For example, approaches that promote open exchange on workload and health and enable psychological safety in the team are promising.
Examples
are used to show how such "social early warning systems" can work and be promoted
.
