Being able to use tools for self-protection I
Knowing recommendations for action and being able to demonstrate their application

A recent study shows that problematic leadership in Swiss banks is not an isolated incident, but is more common than you might think. Harmful management behaviour has far-reaching and diverse consequences for employees and organizations. Last but not least, the downfall of Credit Suisse can also be partly attributed to this. Those affected are often left alone or there are no tools to deal with such situations.

The aim of the webinar is for you to:

  • Recognize and address problematic leadership behavior,
  • use instruments for self-protection and
  • Know recommendations for action and be able to demonstrate their application.

Speaker
Marcel Thoms has been a manager himself for more than 15 years and currently works for various universities, having previously worked in banking in Switzerland and abroad for many years. Since then, he has always been concerned with the further development of leadership activities and, as part of his dissertation, he examined the relationship between leadership behavior and effectiveness in Swiss banks.
