What you can expect in the webinar

The webinar provides insights into current trends in skills, learning, and disruption based on the latest edition of the Swiss HR Barometer 2026. The Swiss HR Barometer is a representative survey of employees in Switzerland that has been conducted regularly since 2006. The project provides in-depth insights into attitudes, expectations, and trends regarding work, working conditions, and changes in the world of work from the perspective of employees in Switzerland. The project is a collaboration among several Swiss universities (including the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts and the University of Lucerne).

Speaker
Anja Feierabend is a lecturer in Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior at the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts and heads the national Swiss HR Barometer. She is also a co-founder and member of the executive board of HR ConScience GmbH, as well as a certified consultant for workplace health management. Since 2018, she has been involved in the expert group on pay equity at the Federal Office for Gender Equality and conducts audits in the public procurement sector.
She studied psychology and earned her doctorate in Human Relations at the Faculty of Economics at the University of Zurich.
