The two-stage leadership program for 4 to 8 participants combines instruction and training in effective behavioral and attitudinal skills:

• Part 1: You will learn about key behavioral and attitudinal competencies and apply them in a practical setting during the internal leadership seminar.
• Part 2: Through a structured, guided training program, you will reinforce these skills and integrate them into your day-to-day leadership practice in a lasting way.

Checkpoints and quality checks will guide you throughout the entire program.

2. A preliminary 360°/270° review, the findings of which will be specifically incorporated into further development.
3. The creation of a competency map, which will be used to tailor the seminar to your specific needs.
