Account Services Implementation Data Lead, VP
Aufgaben
- Provide detailed business analysis and advice to clients (internal and external) on current and future state Alpha F8B20 operating models
- Liaise with clients in order to establish and document implementation requirements specific to in-scope solutions, designing new solutions where required
- Maintain an excellent working knowledge of the S1T F8B20 product offering and perform subject matter expertise, consulting, implementation configuration and maintenance
- Perform ongoing business requirements analysis to align project expectations
- Analyze and document requirements and solutions for the investment solution
- Support testing activities and immediate post-implementation transition within the support of test plans, development and test scripts
- Lead individual client implementations efforts escalating to Front and Middle Office Account Configuration and Maintenance
- Identify and drive forward on ongoing enhancements to scope of services as needed
- Proactively lead client facing role in requirement gathering, definition and controlling of technical standards and methodologies
- Apply functional business knowledge to systems roadmap and lead the part of engineering future enhancements/ development activities
- Play a leading role in contributing input on product offerings and providing solutions to issues relating to complex systems and processes
- Independently compile, analyze and interpret information related to complex business problems/ requirements
- Work with both the Alpha Implementation and Change Management teams and IT delivery teams to ensure change, benefits and testing are delivered
- Serve as a liaison between Alpha client's business users and various IT delivery and testing teams
Anforderungen
Erforderliche Fähigkeiten
- Demonstrated expertise in business analysis, development of business process flows diagrams, making comparisons between current and future processes, and effective communication
- Ability to analyze entity-relationship diagrams and logical data models to validate design against requirements
- Ability to write SQL code for strong data analysis through queries, data profiling, and data validation
- Familiarity with financial reporting, business intelligence, and data warehousing principles
- Understands DB/relational tool architecture, functions, and features
- Excellent oral and written communication skills to diverse audiences with executive facilitation
Bildung und bevorzugte Qualifikationen
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, MIS, Information Technology, or related field of study
- 10+ years' experience in data analysis or client reporting
