Aufgaben

• Provide exceptional cash desk services to clients at the Zurich location.
• Ensure seamless business operations by efficiently processing client transactions at the cash desk.
• Facilitate the buying and selling of foreign currency.
• Perform daily control and reconciliation of cash holdings.
• Generate and review transaction reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Manage the opening and access to safe deposit boxes for clients.
• Support the Client Services Team with various operational tasks as required.

Anforderungen

• Experience in a team to ensure smooth operations and executive collaboration.
• Completed banking apprenticeship with 3-5 years of relevant banking experience, ideally in roles involving direct client interaction (e.g., experience at a cash desk).
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a passion for delivering outstanding client service, in line with Vontobel's Client Experience Standards.
• Detail-oriented, adaptable, and proactive with a hands-on approach, strong teamwork skills, and a keen willingness to learn and grow.
• Fluency in both German and English with effective communication abilities; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
