Client Documentation Services Officer
Der Client Documentation Services Officer bei Julius Baer in Hong Kong ist für die Durchführung von Name-Screening-Aktivitäten und die erste Risikobewertung von Trefferergebnissen im Rahmen der AML-Compliance zuständig. Die Position erfordert eine ausgeprägte Sorgfalt, starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie Grundkenntnisse in der AML-Due-Diligence.
YOUR CHALLENGE
- Complete name screening tasks according to the bank's screening standards
- Review client's name screening results generated by the name screening system and perform first level risk assessment on name hits
- Ensure review and disposition of hits are adequately documented and cleared as per the required timeline
- Request further information from Front office, escalate potential or true hits to Senior stakeholders
- Guide Front Office on name screening process where appropriate
- Provide ad hoc or administrative support as required by Team Head or Deputy Head of the CDS team

- Degree holder or minimum of 2 years of related banking working experience
- Have basic knowledge in AML due diligence
