Client Documentation Services Officer
Der Client Documentation Services Officer bei Julius Baer in Hong Kong ist für die Überprüfung und Dokumentation von Name-Screening-Ergebnissen im Rahmen der Geldwäschereibekämpfung zuständig. Die Position erfordert ein Studium oder mindestens zwei Jahre Bankerfahrung sowie Grundkenntnisse in AML und Due Diligence.
YOUR CHALLENGE
- Review client's name screening results generated by the name screening system and ensure risk assessment on name hits
- Ensure review and disposition of hits are adequately documented and closed within the required timeline
- Request further information from Front office, escalate potential or true hits to respective stakeholders
- Guide and train on name screening process where appropriate
- Provide ad hoc or administrative support as required by Team Head or Department Head
