Client Documentation Specialist
Die Julius Baer Gruppe sucht einen Client Documentation Specialist, der sich um die Modifikation von Kundenstammdaten, administrative Unterstützung und die Kommunikation mit dem Front-Team kümmert. Der ideale Kandidat verfügt über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung und mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Bankkundendokumentation.
Aufgaben
- Request missing documents and information from the front
- Support the front team in questions related to customer documentation and data
- Cooperate with relevant stakeholders (Tax, Legal, Compliance) to continuously streamline and improve processes and procedures
- Primarily taking care of modification of static data of clients, various projects and other administrative support
Anforderungen
- Completed commercial apprenticeship (banking apprenticeship an advantage) or equivalent training
- At least 3 years of professional experience in the field of bank customer documentation
- Business fluent in English & German
