Cloud Platform Engineer
Die Julius Baer Gruppe sucht einen Cloud Platform Engineer, der die Entwicklung und den Betrieb einer Cloud-Plattform unterstützt und eng mit Entwicklungsteams zusammenarbeitet. Der ideale Kandidat bringt Erfahrungen mit Infrastructure-as-Code, Kubernetes und Microsoft Azure sowie eine starke softwaretechnische Grundlage mit.
Aufgaben
- Enhance our cloud platform offering by operationalizing new services and delivering them to end users through fully automated, GitOps-driven workflows
- Collaborate closely with development teams, providing support and mentorship throughout their cloud adoption journey
Anforderungen
- Profound hands-on experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC), CI/CD pipelines, and GitOps practices
- Strong proficiency in Kubernetes, including familiarity with the operator pattern. Experience with Crossplane is an advantage
- Solid software engineering background; prior experience with Go (Golang) is a valuable asset
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services, preferably in enterprise-scale cloud environments
- Entrepreneurial mindset – you’re proactive, innovative, and eager to share your ideas
- Proven track record in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- A cloud certification (e.g., Azure DevOps Engineer Expert, Azure Administrator Associate, or equivalent) is considered a strong advantage
