GPS Associate Programme - Investment Advisor (GC)

Aufgaben

Die Aufgaben umfassen:

• Contribute to the strengthening of the team spirit and the fostering of a collaborative work environment
• Built highly impactful relationships with global and regional stakeholders across functions in the Bank
• Prepare client investment proposals and tailor portfolio solutions and investment recommendations
• Support in client and prospect pitches (e.g. presentation materials, investment insights, market movements)
• Support the team's strategic objectives and operational goals, driving business outcomes and results
• Identify opportunities to enhance functional efficiency and productivity, proposing process improvements and workflow optimizations, where relevant/appropriate
• Meet all legal, regulatory, and compliance standards/requirements
• Adhere to the standards and expectations outlined in the relevant user manuals and guidelines
• Demonstrate appropriate values and behaviours (but not limited to standards on honesty and integrity, due care and diligence, fair dealing (treating customers fairly), management of conflicts of interest, competence and continuous development, adequate risk management, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations

Anforderungen

• Able to effectively manage internal and external stakeholders from diverse backgrounds in a highly articulate and professional manner
• Strong interpersonal skills, empathetic personality, charisma, and power of persuasion
• Ability to work collaboratively as well as empowering people to drive results
• Strong ability for planning, organising, and communicating a clear vision
• Good judgement and ability to work under pressure
• 2-3 years of professional experience (including internships)
• Relevant higher education and professional background (Banking, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline)
• Good command of financial analytical skills
• Strong command of verbal and written communication skills
• High proficiency
