Head of Core Position Management & Client Reporting – Digital Delivery 100% (f/m/d)
Julius Baer sucht in Zürich einen Head of Core Position Management & Client Reporting, der als strategischer Business Stream Lead die digitale Auslieferung und das Team für Position Management und Kundenberichte leitet. Die Rolle umfasst die Steuerung der Roadmap, die Führung eines globalen Teams sowie die Sicherstellung einer hochwertigen, skalierbaren digitalen Lieferung im Rahmen des SAFe-Frameworks.
YOUR CHALLENGE
- Act as the senior business delivery lead for core position management within the ART, alignment between product, technology, design, data, risk, and business functions
- Define and align the stream's strategic objectives with the digital delivery target landscape ensuring the core banking strategy aligns with the future-state architecture picture
- Own and steer the stream's roadmap end-to-end, balancing business priorities, regulatory requirements, technical feasibility, and time-to-value while aligning priorities with senior leadership from Product and Technology Delivery to act as a single point of contact for platform planning by stream, as a solid platform for the platform team to rely on
- Ensure a superior client experience by understanding client needs and maintaining an end-to-end single view of the delivery including the relationship with scaling platforms, quality, risk, and business stakeholders
- Drive predictable, high-quality end-to-end delivery by providing clear decision-making, risk management, and escalation paths across governance layers
- Ensure transparent financial and progress reporting to the ART lead, managing the strategic budget and resource allocation effectively to maximize business value
- Represent the stream's delivery roadmap to senior governance bodies, proactively managing dependencies, risks, and cross-functional coordination
- Lead and coach a team of Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Subject Matter Experts adhering to the company's core values of Innovation and Excellence
- Champion the Agile Framework (SAFe) environment, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
YOUR PROFILE
- Led a cross-functional distributed team in providing a software delivery platform, focusing on streamlining processes and eliminating impediments
- Large-scale transformation programmes
- Experience managing distributed teams in a global, multicultural environment, including nearshore and offshore delivery models
- Strong facilitation and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to coach teams, remove technical escalations, and maintain architectural integrity while enabling delivery
- A background in wealth management or related financial services would be advantageous
