Middle Office Specialist - Asset Management Companies 100% (f/m/d)

Aufgaben

• Verantwortlich für Accounting, Regulatory & Tax Reporting, Portfolio Valuation, Audit
• Treasury, Cash Management, Cash Flow, FX, Repos, Deposits, Corporate Actions (CorAct, M&A)
• Account Opening: Bloomberg, Depositors, NAV System, Allfunds, brokers, Client Control, Assets
• Portfolio Model set up (Records, Benchmarks, Asset Classification)
• Sicav & Mfe Shared roles: account opening, maintenance, funding, trading
• Accounting of the Sicav's Funds, in compliance with local regulations
• Daily Asset & Portfolio Valuation. NAV calculation & validation
• Close monitoring of the services provided by the external Administrator of the Complex, Depositors, brokers and Mutual Fund platforms
• Regulatory & Tax Reporting related to Sicavs and Mutual Funds, and for Julius Baer Gestion
• Manage GMIS (Global Management Information System): Calculation and Control, Relationship Management, Net new Money
• Client Reporting: Monthly reporting, revenue, delivery
• Reconciliations (Cash, Holdings, Provisions...)
• Billing, Calculation, Accrual, Processing, Control
• Coordinate Corporate Secretarial Processes (Board of Directors, Shareholder's Meetings, Commerce)
• Support to JB Gestion and Mutual Funds & Sicavs Auditors: Annual Accounts, Compliance, AML, Group Internal Audits
• Relation with Regulators (CNMV Stock Exchange-Bank of Spain)
• Tax Reclaim documentation, Delivery, follow up with Tax authorities & Custodians abroad
• Support the Mutual Fund Distribution functions for the Discretionary and Advisory Mandates. Foreign Collective Investment Schemes

Anforderungen

• Fähigkeit, Vertrauen und Respekt aufzubauen
• Professionelle und technische Kompetenz
• 5+ Jahre Erfahrung im Middle Office oder Operations Bereich in einer Asset Management Company mit ähnlichen Funktionen
• Kenntnisse der spanischen Vorschriften im Zusammenhang mit Accounting, Audit, Regulatory & Tax (Sicavs, sowohl UCITS als auch Alternatives), Portfolio und anderen Investmentvehikeln
• Kenntnisse aller operativen Aspekte im Zusammenhang mit den Investitionen der Vehikel, wie z.B. Trading, Execution, Settlement, Cash Management
• Verständnis der Anforderungen des Unternehmens, um den Investment Portfolio Managern und Kunden den besten Service zu bieten
• Verständnis und Umsetzung der internen Richtlinien und Sicherheitsstandards
• Hohes Niveau in Englisch (schriftlich & mündlich)
