Product Owner Support for Pricing Tool 80% - 100% (f/m/d)
Die Julius Baer Group sucht einen Product Owner Support für ein Pricing-Tool, der die Produkt-Backlog verwaltet, Daten analysiert und die Kommunikation mit Senior-Managern und Stakeholdern unterstützt. Der Stelleninhaber sollte mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in der Finanzbranche haben und starke Kenntnisse im Bereich Wealth Management und Pricing besitzen.
Aufgaben
- Contribute in Agile ceremonies for your elaborated specifications: clarify requirements & sprint goals and provide feedback to development team.
- Maintain and prioritize the product backlog ensuring items are clearly defined, well-groomed, and ordered based on value
- Data Analytics & Insights: Automatically analyse pricing / user data to take fact-based decisions for feature and business process specifications
- Solution Quality Assurance: Take ownership of functional testing and accept/reject work delivered by the development team, ensuring the tool delivers against business expectations and creates measurable value
- Support Strategic Communication & Planning: Drive senior management and stakeholder alignment through meaningful presentations & materials to sign-off on final specification
Anforderungen
- At least 5 years of professional experience in Banking, Financial Services, or Management Consulting, with a strong focus on financial services pricing, tool development & processes, transformation & implementation projects
- In-depth knowledge of wealth management, banking operations, and specifically pricing in the banking sector
- Strong interest in product design, digital solution delivery and documenting business specifications
- Proven ability to collaborate across technical and business functions
- Hands-on and problem-solving, taking ownership of project delivery and content creation, bringing ideas to life
- Analytical and solution-oriented with strong technical curiosity
