Senior Human Capital Analyst

Der Senior Human Capital Analyst unterstützt die effiziente Durchführung von Personalprogrammen und trägt zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der HR-Infrastruktur in den USA bei. Die Stelle umfasst operative Aufgaben im Zusammenhang mit dem Mitarbeiterlebenszyklus, die Verwaltung von HR-Datenbanken und die Überwachung von Personaldaten.

Stellenbeschreibung

Aufgaben

  • Manage day-to-day operational tasks related to the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, transfers, and documentation.
  • Maintain and regularly update HR databases and files, ensuring data consistency and audit readiness.
  • Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and employee communications, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Oversee the daily management of ADP ensuring accurate input and maintenance of employee data, timely processing of transactions, and resolution of system-related issues in coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Track employee records, benefits enrollments, and leave of absence documentation in line with internal procedures and compliance standards.
  • Coordinate logistics for internal events such as onboarding sessions, policy trainings, and employee briefings.
  • Process invoices, vendor contracts, and expense reports related to Human Capital operations.
  • Provide operational support for the performance review and compensation processes, including data compilation and system entry.
  • Monitor internal systems and workflows to ensure timely completion of HR transactions.
  • Support compliance documentation and assist with local reporting obligations.
  • Respond to employee queries related to HR policies, processes, and tools in a timely and service-oriented manner.

Anforderungen

  • 3+ years of experience in Human Capital, HR, or a related field.
  • Ability to work independently and drive process improvements.
  • Action-oriented, adaptable, and motivated by operational excellence.

  • Grundgehalt: $75,000 (Min) - $85,000 (Max).
