Senior Quant Developer
Der Senior Quant Developer wird für die Entwicklung und Wartung von Python-Datenpipelines und -analyseplattformen für die Discretionary- und Solutions-Teams in New York verantwortlich sein. Die Rolle umfasst die technische Führung, die Entwicklung von Produktionscode und die Kommunikation mit Stakeholdern, um die Anforderungen der Investitions- und Kundenfacing-Operationen zu erfüllen.
Aufgaben
Die Rolle umfasst die Entwicklung und Wartung von Python-Datenpipelines und -analyseplattformen für Discretionary-Investmentteams und Solutions-Fonds. Zu den Aufgaben gehören:- Build, extend, and maintain Python data pipelines using Pandas, NumPy, and internal libraries
- Develop and increment production-grade code to support trading, risk and fund data platforms
- Contribute to Al-governed tools for investment teams - research databases with vector search, Al integrations for portfolio managers and analysts
- Audit and monitor (Fault tolerant/Resilient) backends using shared component libraries
- Partner with data engineers and software engineers on cross-team initiatives
Anforderungen
Die Stelle erfordert:- 5 + years of professional software engineering experience with a strong delivery track record
- Strong Python: well-versed, production code quality. Comfortable with dataframes, type hints, OOP design patterns
- Practical experience influencing delivery and operating at scale
- A UML3 tooling - experience building with or integrating LUM-based tools
- A strong software delivery mindset - you work with teams as a matter of course
- Confident in an Environment with ESG, SDLC, penetration testing and CI/CD footing
- Strong organisation and prioritisation - able to juggle technical challenges consistently, and you can re-prioritise and replan to meet changing stakeholder interactions as needed
- Degree in a STEM subject or equivalent practical experience
