Aufgaben

• Drive the development, estimations, implementation, and customization of solution using ServiceNow GRC modules.
• Analyze business requirements for GRC solutions and develop the GRC Applications in ServiceNow
• Design and configure workflows for Policy Compliance, Risk Management and Audit module
• Configure and develop Workflows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
• Deliver technical expertise in ServiceNow development related to IRM Module .
• Stay current with ServiceNow best practices and platform updates.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow GRC applications.
• Should be flexible for upskilling and act as a mentor for team members of different skill sets

Anforderungen

Mindestqualifikation:

• Any Degree/ Diploma in Computer Science, Technology, Software Development, Business Information Sciences, or equivalent industry experience.
• 7+ hands on experience in IRM ServiceNow design and development.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten:

• Strong understanding of ServiceNow development, including client-side and server-side scripting.
• Proficient in creating and managing workflows, REST integrations, and email notifications.
• ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD, and CIS are highly desirable.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Nice to Have Fähigkeiten:

• Experience with additional ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, PPM, CSM, HRSD, and SecOps.
