Strategy Specialist - Group Strategy (100%, m/f/d)
Der Strategy Specialist unterstützt das Group Strategy Team von Julius Baer in Singapur bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung der langfristigen Unternehmensstrategie sowie bei der Leitung strategischer Initiativen. Die Rolle erfordert 3-6 Jahre Erfahrung in der Strategie oder Unternehmensentwicklung, idealerweise im Finanzsektor, und umfasst die enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Executive Board.
YOUR CHALLENGE
- Drive the development and implementation of the Group's long-term strategic vision and associated strategic programmes across the organisation
- Lead and contribute to high-visibility, Group-level strategic initiatives, providing analysis, insights, and recommendations to inform strategic decisions
- Drive strategic intelligence through market, competitor, and internal analysis to support data-driven thinking and strategic prioritisation
- Design and deliver strategic initiatives and projects from concept to implementation, end-to-end
- Support the strategic cycle, including preparing for strategy offsites, full-year, and half-year reviews, and presentations
- Collaborate with internal teams, including the Front, Finance, COO, Communications and Marketing, Corporate Development, and Compliance on a portfolio of Group-related strategic initiatives
- Maintain excellent project management skills, supporting team and individual development
- Contribute to the preparation of external reports, to drive cross-cultural harmonisation and best practice adoption
- Develop high-quality strategic content for senior management and the CEO, including board reports, and other key materials
YOUR PROFILE
- A top-tier University education, preferably focused on corporate strategy, finance or structured problem solving
- 3-6 years of experience at a leading private consultancy or an in-house strategy or corporate development function, ideally in financial services
- Proven ability to simplify complex challenges, convert stakeholder requirements into a coherent narrative, and build high-quality deliverables
- Track record of high impact corporate strategy support to leadership
- A proven record of high-quality strategy execution and driving business development on a portfolio of strategic initiatives
- Ability to translate strategic ambition into clear direction, alignment and execution
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, able to synthesise complex issues into insights that inform decision-making
- Ability to handle multiple deliverables, manage end-to-end, and deliver accurate and high-quality products in line with expectations
- Disciplined organization and topic/ project management skills
