Test Environment and Data Specialist

YOUR CHALLENGE

• Design, build, configure, monitor, and maintain test environments
• Keep infrastructure configuration complete and current, covering environment sizing, provisioning, configuration, data setup, and software component versioning
• Analyze test results to isolate and remedy technical software defects and recommend potential functional impact
• Coordinate environment initiatives (e.g. any full-cycle production release is tightly synchronized with testbed like re-implementation upgrades, upgrades, and incident resolution in-here with change control)
• Define and enforce standardized procedures for test environment usage across the R&D
• Provide clear, repeatable onboarding and operating runbooks for teams and third-party contractors
• Own the full test data lifecycle: identifying requirements, provisioning, de-identification and cleanup
• Manage test databases, MS-SQL environments, and any mock/test data generators for simulated production functionality
• Standardize datasets for reproducibility across test runs
• Ensure data isolation and privacy across environments (e.g. GDPR/AVISO)
• Monitor resource- and data-retention usage and propose right-sizing/shutdown guidelines
• Ensure Secure Transfer: test data and environment needs are fully supported
• Author interfaces enabling other teams to request and obtain test data efficiently, supported by a
