Your Responsibilities

• The main objective of this role is a combination of financial sector knowledge, technical proficiency, and analytical acumen.
• This role requires expertise in the Wealth Advisory and retail banking/insurance domain, with prior experience as a Business Analyst (BA) in these domains.
• The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders and product owners to develop, manage, and implement effective business processes.
• He/she will be accountable for key deliverables including process improvements, data flow documentation, system documentation, and integration projects.
• He/she will also serve as a mentor to junior-level BAs (who do not possess specialized expertise) and shall leverage strong analytical capabilities to create models capable of data visualisation and system enhancement processes.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities

Financial Services and Experiences Skills

• Possess at least 3 years' experience in banking (retail and corporate banking), insurance, wealth management, pension and admin services, payroll, and/or transactional banking. It is a strong asset if the candidate possesses at least 5 years of experience across wealth management, pension and/or transactional banking.
• Comprehend how stakeholders leverage the Internet of things (IoT), Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA), and/or Decentralised Finance (DeFi) for transformative insights into the financial services organization's financial processes and resources.
• Familiarity with key digital technologies and the ability to provide professional consultant advice:

• Understand the technical requirements of software and system integrations across financial institutions.
• Possess comprehensive understanding of integrating hardware systems with software solutions which includes mainframes, AS400 systems, servers, workstations, hand-held devices, and payment term systems.
• Demonstrated ability to lead software testing, troubleshooting, and diagnostic projects to ensure the effectiveness of security systems.
• Hold knowledge of network architecture, security management protocols, and development procedures involving back office processes.

Business Analytics and Strategy

• Leverage expertise in process mining, including event, knowledge, data, and model management, to bring in positive changes in organizational structure through developing comprehensive process models.
• Demonstrate extensive knowledge of Python programming language including functional programming to optimize code and run multiple tasks concurrently.
• Use Python modeling and deep learning skills to assess the organization's performance and derive insights to conduct advanced analytics.
• Possess a strong capability in developing comprehensive process models and gain a deeper understanding of the capabilities of the Data Management Tool (DMT) and of transactional banking products.
• Strong grasp of data analytics, statistics, and maths-based modelling with the capability to work with high volumes of data.
• Familiarity with tools such as Palisade @Risk, Minitab, Crystal Ball, R, Tableau, Power BI, and so on.
• Proven ability to draw insights, elucidate, and analyze data queries and interpret business decisions within data constraints.
• Experience in managing data requests from business units, and defining data architecture and relevant data flows.
• Excellent knowledge to operate with all cloud platforms, especially AWS and Azure and must be comfortable working with the Microsoft Stack (SharePoint, MS Teams, Power BI).
• Understanding of RPA development solutions and successor role in process consultations in organizations, such as automation of HR system, self-driving cars, etc.

Data & System Integration Expertise

• Conceive model designs for varying system integrations applicable to each enterprise across several integration and system architecture platforms.
• Review and optimize internal electronic data records, data infrastructure, and usage patterns to deliver further improvements and address bottlenecks.
